Session notes and other sensitive free text are encrypted with a key tied to the clinician who wrote them, and nobody sees a record unless access has been granted. Signed notes can’t be edited — corrections are added as addenda — and important actions are kept in an audit trail.

No. Patients and guardians get secure links by email to confirm or cancel an appointment, sign documents, fill in forms, reply to a message or log home practice. Each link opens only that one task.

Yes. Start a video session from the patient or the session, send the client a guest link and admit them from the waiting room. Chat and screen sharing are built in.

Yes. Share a patient as a viewer or a collaborator, choose which parts of the record they can see — profile, sessions, notes, therapy plan, intake and files — and set an end date if you want one.

Yes. A clinic can set up an organization with roles for the owner, front desk, supervisors and clinicians. Front-desk staff handle scheduling and billing but never read clinical notes. Clinic plans are opening gradually — join the waitlist from the pricing page.

No. Synopsis keeps your ledger: you record charges, payments and session packages, see what is still owed and export statements. Patients pay you the way they already do.

Your first five active patients are free. Beyond that you pay a small monthly amount per active patient, and the price per patient drops as your practice grows. Nothing is charged during the beta.

The app, the patient links and the emails your patients receive are available in English, Greek and German.
