Frequently Asked Questions
Free covers up to five active patients, three months of history and 250 MB of files. Pro removes those limits and adds collaboration with other therapists, your own custom activities and video sessions. During the beta neither plan is charged.
A patient who has had at least one session in the last three months. People you haven’t seen in that time don’t count, so you only pay for the patients you are actually working with.
You don’t pay anything yet: Synopsis is in beta and doesn’t ask for a card. Paid plans aren’t switched on, and we will announce how billing works before they are.
