However, there are some limitations on records and data storage. With the paid plan, you can still create up to 5 active patients for free, but you'll need to add your credit card to access additional features and add more patients in the future.

Please note that you won't be charged for these first 5 patients, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

We designed our plans this way to give you more flexibility and control over your usage. Plus, the paid plan comes with a few extra features that are not available on the free plan. We hope you'll find a plan that suits your needs and helps you provide the best possible care to your patients.

An active patient is a patient who has had at least one therapy session in the last three months. We use this definition to determine how many patients are included in each pricing plan.

However, we understand that managing patient schedules can be complex and that not all patients may be active at all times. That's why, even if you have inactive patients, we won't automatically exclude them from your pricing plan.

Instead, you'll have the option to archive inactive patients in your account, which will allow you to stay within your plan's patient limit while still keeping all of your patients' records accessible. If you ever need to add an archived patient back to your active patient list, you can easily do so without any additional cost or hassle.

We use Stripe, a secure and reliable payment processing system that accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Our pricing plans are inclusive of VAT, so you won't have to worry about any hidden costs or fees. When you add your credit card to our Pro plan, Stripe will securely store and encrypt your payment information, ensuring that your details are safe and protected.
