By accessing or using the Synopsisapp application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

Synopsisapp is a healthtech application designed for therapists to manage their practice, including patient records, scheduling, and therapy plans.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Responsibility
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.2 Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Privacy and Data Protection

5. Patient Data

You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from your patients to store and process their data within the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Synopsisapp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. User Content
7.1 Content Rights
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App.
7.2 Limited License
By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App’s services to you and other users, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7.3 Consent for Other Uses
We will not use your content for any other purposes without your explicit consent, and you may revoke this license at any time by deleting your content or account.
7.4 User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to post any content, especially if it contains personal data of others.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Synopsis, a Synopsis employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Synopsisapp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
