One Library for everything you assign
Synopsis team
Note layouts, activities and intake forms now live in one place — searchable, rated and ready to assign. Discover validated tools, build from ready-made bundles, and mark the resources your clinic relies on.
One Library for everything you assign
Note layouts, activities and intake forms used to live in three separate places. Now they share one home: the Library — everything Synopsis and the wider community have built, in a single, searchable collection you can browse, preview and add to your own practice.
Everything in one place
Search across note layouts, activities and intake forms at once, and narrow down by profession, type or the condition you're working on. Sort by what's recommended, newest, most cloned or top rated, and see at a glance how other clinicians have rated each resource before you add it.

Try before you add
Every resource opens in a preview, so you can see exactly what you're getting before it touches a patient. For intake forms, only the structure travels — you see the questions themselves, never anyone's answers. Nothing patient-related is ever shared.
Validated tools, properly credited
Some resources are recognised, validated instruments — like the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 screening scales. These carry a clear badge, along with the original citation and the licence that governs their use, so you always know where a tool comes from and how it may be used.

Bundles you can assign together
Related resources can come grouped into bundles — a late-talker starter pathway, a first-appointment set for adults — so you don't have to assemble a plan piece by piece. Add a whole bundle to your library in one step, or assign it across several patients at once.

Your clinic's standards
If your team agrees on the forms and frameworks you all use, you can mark them as clinic standards. They rise to the top of the Library for everyone, so new colleagues start from the same trusted set instead of searching from scratch.
The Library is built to grow. As Synopsis and the community add more, the tools you rely on — and the ones you've yet to discover — will all be a search away.
