With the new onboarding process, users can easily set up their personal information, define their availability, and explore the capabilities of our platform through the introduction of a demo patient. • Personal Information Setup

Upon logging in for the first time, new users will be prompted to set their personal information. This includes providing their name, surname, preferred language, and profession. By collecting these details, Synopsis can better understand users' preferences and tailor the platform to their specific needs, ensuring a more personalized and efficient therapy management experience.

• Availability and Working Hours

To enhance the effectiveness of our platform, we have introduced the option for users to specify their availability and working hours. By setting this information, Synopsis can leverage it to provide intelligent suggestions and reminders that align with the user's schedule. This feature empowers therapists to optimize their time and streamline their therapy sessions, leading to improved productivity and patient care.

• Introduction to the Demo Patient

As part of our commitment to providing an immersive and educational onboarding experience, new users will be introduced to the demo patient. The demo patient is a pre-created profile that showcases the capabilities of Synopsis in a real-life therapy scenario. This includes a predefined therapy plan, a selection of activities, and session data.
