Here at Synopsis, we are continuously working to improve our platform to provide therapists with the most efficient and user-friendly experience possible. We’re excited to announce our latest updates designed to streamline your workflow and give you more control over your therapy sessions and patient management. Here’s what’s new:
Postpone or Cancel Sessions with Ease
We understand that flexibility is key in managing therapy sessions. That’s why we’ve introduced the ability to postpone or cancel sessions directly within the app. If you need to reschedule, we’ve made it simple:
Postpone: When you choose to postpone a session, we’ll prompt you to select a new date. Once that’s done, leave the rest to us! We’ll handle all the necessary adjustments.
Cancel: If you have to cancel a session, you can now do so with just a few taps. We’ll take care of updating your schedule.
Introducing the ‘My Account’ Page
We’re rolling out a new ‘My Account’ page to give you a snapshot of your current status and activity.
You can expect overview of your subscription status, active patients and payment information. Of cource at this moment we do not bill you, but this will provide a refreshing view on what’s to come.
Timezone Bug Fixes
We’ve also tackled some pesky timezone issues that affected the app when switching between summer and winter time. These fixes will ensure that your schedule remains consistent and accurate year-round, no matter the time changes.
