  • Guestid Cookie: A randomly generated ID used in video calls to allow guest users to bypass join approval in the meeting lobby.
  • Language Preference Cookie: Saves your preferred language setting.
  • Chatwoot Cookies: Used for our chat widget functionality.
  • Clerk Cookies: Used for user authentication.
  • Synopsis Consent Cookie: Holds your cookie consent preferences to allow us to determine if the cookie consent modal should be visible.

When you first visit our application, you will be presented with a cookie banner asking for your consent. We log anonymised publicly accesible network information related to your consent to maintain a record in case of disputes.

7. Smart Notes Feature

Our Smart Notes feature uses video session transcripts to produce a sentiment analysis of the patient using AI. This feature is opt-in only, and users must explicitly choose to use it. Transcripts are deleted immediately after analysis.

Transcriptions are generated by Deepgram. Raw transcription data is only sent to OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, and is never sent to analytics services or client devices.
